R.A.I.N. Veteran’s Day Event
R.A.I.N. Total Care, our contracted CBO, hosted a veterans day event on November 10th,
2022. “R.A.I.N., Inc. is a multi-social service agency offering a myriad of services with a focus on the provision of continuum of care that includes a range of services for seniors and people with disabilities.
Gilani Medical Service
Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield engaged with 70 parents and children. Patients receiving services within Dr. Gilani’s office & the community children were provided with 75 books and approximately 75 Empire tote bags along with hand sanitizers and facemasks This is an ongoing partnership with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield to promote literacy and health as we focus on year end critical Quality measures for wellness pediatric appointments.
Comprehensive Childcare Pediatrics Books-on-Wheels
Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield engaged with 60 parents and children. Patients receiving services within Dr. Mahdi’s office & the community children were provided with 60 books and 50 Empire totes filled with health education materials. This is an ongoing partnership with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield to promote literacy and health as we focus on year end critical Quality measures for wellness pediatric appointments.
