Overview:
R.A.I.N. Total Care, our contracted CBO, hosted a veterans day event on November 10th,
2022. “R.A.I.N., Inc. is a multi-social service agency offering a myriad of services with a focus on the provision of continuum of care that includes a range of services for seniors and people with disabilities.” It
was a successful event with 50 regular center attendees, some who were recognized for their service in the armed forces. SOMOS collaborates with many stakeholders to support the improvement of health equity in underserved communities and vulnerable populations. Partnerships with organizations like R.A.I.N allows us to continue our efforts. It was great to have SOMOS support such a wonderful celebration! For
